UX/UI Frontend Developer (Next.js)

Mid-Level UX/UI Frontend Developer (Next.js): Create UI concepts from scratch and implement them using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind with an accent on design-to-code accuracy, state management, and performant user experiences. Location: Remote within approximately ±4 hours of CET (Serbia, Albania, European Union, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia).

What you will do

• Create UI concepts from scratch based on product requirements using AI tools like Claude, v0.dev, Figma AI.
• Implement UI with Next.js 16+, TypeScript, Tailwind, building reusable component-based structures.
• Manage client-side and server state using Zustand and TanStack React Query.
• Integrate and maintain A/B testing solutions and UI animations with Framer Motion.
• Take full ownership of UI delivery from idea to production, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible code.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to transform mockups into scalable production code.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI Front-End experience in product or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks — Next.js + TypeScript strongly preferred.
• Solid experience with design-to-code from Figma, pixel-perfect accuracy, responsive layouts.
• Working knowledge of state management and API integration.
• Experience designing and building for conversion (subscription funnels, landing pages, dashboards).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working remotely in fast-paced environment within CET ±4 hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel).
• Experience with web performance optimization (Sentry, Google Lighthouse).
• Knowledge of mobile-first design and PWA principles.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or high-frequency user interactions.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for frontend.
