What you will do

• Partner with leading AI companies in China to identify and solve model challenges and data gaps.
• Conduct technical workshops with customer AI and data teams to translate pains into clear data-driven solutions.
• Support the deal process by ensuring technical alignment and articulating the value of large-scale behavioral datasets.
• Lead post-deal implementation efforts, guiding customers through integration, validation, and benchmarking.
• Help customers effectively apply hirify.global data within their model development and evaluation workflows.
• Drive measurable improvements in AI product performance for strategic partners.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with statistical and machine learning tools such as Python or R.
• Strong communicative abilities to lead customers in both Chinese and English.
• Previous experience with ML, image processing, NLP, or LLM algorithms.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Big Data tools and cloud infrastructure (PySpark, AWS).
• Hands-on background in LLMs and AI Agents.
