What you will do

• Act as the primary focal point for NetSuite and Zuora financial systems.
• Own the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the ERP and related tools like Zip and Mesh.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business processes into scalable system solutions.
• Lead end-to-end system projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design and maintain integrations between financial systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with SOX requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems and ERP management.
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite (workflows, saved searches, configurations, and customization).
• Experience supporting finance and accounting processes within a SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical system solutions.

Nice to have

• Admin-level experience with Zuora.
• Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
• CPA qualification.
