TL;DR

Senior Performance Marketing Manager (D2C E-commerce): Building and executing performance marketing strategies for direct-to-consumer brands with an accent on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization across international markets. Focus on analyzing client needs, managing large-scale media spend, delivering quantifiable results, and scaling strategies for high-impact growth.

Bratislava, SK. This is a full-time role based in Bratislava (hybrid: 3 home office days per week in our office). International relocation support can be agreed on if needed.

Starting salary from 2700 EUR gross per month (final offer based on experience)

What you will do

  • Analyze new client needs and propose actionable digital marketing strategies (30% time).
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale strategies for existing clients.
  • Manage client projects, implement strategies across Google Ads products (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery, Merchant Center) and Meta Ads (25% time).
  • Optimize large-scale international campaigns to meet measurable business goals and manage media spend.
  • Handle client communications, educate senior management, prepare reports in PowerPoint/video formats (20% time).
  • Create internal processes, share best practices, onboard colleagues, contribute to wiki and blog articles (15% time).

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), written and oral.
  • Minimum 3 years proven hands-on experience managing D2C e-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience testing Google's ad products beyond Search (Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, Discovery).
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+, other types).
  • Project management and planning experience.
  • Analytical thinker, problem solver for number-related puzzles, proficient in Excel for data analysis.
  • Great presentation skills for client-facing data storytelling.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple projects.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of paid campaigns on DV360, TikTok, Reddit.
  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Experience with scripts and automations.
