What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and identify effective solutions for SAP Finance and Controlling.
• Configure systems and write technical specifications for new functionality.
• Test, support, and maintain Record to Report solutions.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams on rollout and project design.

Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with strong knowledge of system design, concepts, principles, and configuration.
• Ability to explain complex finance, accounting, and SAP topics to team members and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with clear communication.

Nice to have

• 10+ years in SAP Finance, expertise in Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, Treasury in ECC/S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP Treasury (MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool & Sweeps), FICA-Payments.
• Participation in 3+ implementation projects, long-term support of SAP Finance solutions.
• Knowledge of financial processes in large organizations, SAP transport tools, WRICEF objects, SWIFT integrations, Agile (SAFe).
• Retail industry experience, especially SAP FI-CA.
