What you will do

• Translate user needs into technical solutions using Salesforce standards like flows and forms.
• Create and maintain system support for business processes in sales, marketing, and support.
• Develop dashboards and reports for clear insights.
• Ensure Salesforce platform is clean, structured, and optimized.
• Manage data quality and dataflow within Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Participate in planning, estimating work, and advocating for standard solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as Salesforce Admin with successful project implementations
• In-depth expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement
• Experience in large global enterprises and complex business processes
• Knowledge of governance models like ISO or SOX
• Salesforce Advanced Admin certification required
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
