What you will do

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Use data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
• Perform operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis including performance and registration conversion.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
• Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R).
