What you will do

• Act as main SAP contact for production scheduling and planning.
• Support SAP PP/PP-DS operations: planned orders, production orders, sequencing, capacity checks.
• Ensure correct master data usage (work centers, routings, production versions, calendars).
• Identify gaps, errors, inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Drive standardization of production planning processes.
• Link production, supply chain, and IT/SAP teams; provide first-level support.
• Train users on SAP processes and monitor KPIs like adherence to plan and capacity utilization.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or industrial engineering focused on logistics or production.
• Expertise in manufacturing or production planning.
• Experience with SAP PP or PP-DS as business or key user.
• Experience with production orders, capacity planning, scheduling.
• Confident with ERP systems, preferably SAP; MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent Italian and English; German a plus.
• Communication skills and analytical thinking.
