Salary: From €50,000 gross annual base + variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead the HR applications strategy and roadmap in partnership with IT and HR management.
• Oversee the entire HRIS lifecycle, including requirements, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and external managed service teams for HR applications.
• Ensure all HR application designs align with enterprise architectural and security standards.
• Guide and train the HR department on new systems and processes.
• Manage a team of application and development specialists.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR Business Applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in managing complex HR projects and HRIS systems.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.

• SuccessFactors certifications.
• Additional HR/HRIS/IT certifications.
