Customer Care Manager: Support customer requests for emergencies, troubleshooting and technical assistance during warranty and lifecycle of equipment with an accent on HSS&E compliance and complete solution delivery. Focus on leading issue resolution, coordinating interventions, managing service requests and following up with stakeholders.

What you will do
- Collect and filter customer calls, identify needs and manage technical requests in compliance with HSS&E standards.
- Issue Service Requests, follow up with Planning team and drive non-conformities through resolution.
- Support Field Service Engineers during customer site interventions.
- Ensure Sales and Service Orders are created, aligned and technical reports sent to customers.
- Coordinate audits and organize maintenance or emergency interventions.
- Manage warranty interventions and team objectives, coaching and procedure adherence if applicable.
Requirements
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal command of English (Italian and/or French a plus).
- 5 years of working experience in after-sales or production plant.
- High technical knowledge of products and complete line equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent responsiveness, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy and motivational skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and excellent multi-tasking abilities.
