Customer Care Manager: Support customer requests for emergencies, troubleshooting and technical assistance during warranty and lifecycle of hirify.global equipment with an accent on HSS&E compliance and complete solution delivery. Focus on leading issue resolution, coordinating interventions, managing service requests and following up with stakeholders.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

What you will do

  • Collect and filter customer calls, identify needs and manage technical requests in compliance with HSS&E standards.
  • Issue Service Requests, follow up with Planning team and drive non-conformities through resolution.
  • Support Field Service Engineers during customer site interventions.
  • Ensure Sales and Service Orders are created, aligned and technical reports sent to customers.
  • Coordinate audits and organize maintenance or emergency interventions.
  • Manage warranty interventions and team objectives, coaching and procedure adherence if applicable.

Requirements

  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Good written and verbal command of English (Italian and/or French a plus).
  • 5 years of working experience in after-sales or production plant.
  • High technical knowledge of hirify.global products and complete line equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent responsiveness, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy and motivational skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and excellent multi-tasking abilities.
