Technical Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Become expert in runtime aspects including events pipeline, orchestration, execution, Runners, and supporting infrastructure
• Own end-to-end Runner experience covering deployment models, resource management, connectivity, and troubleshooting
• Conduct customer research and technical deep-dives to understand scale, reliability, and pain points
• Analyze escalations to identify patterns and create actionable engineering requirements
• Make decisions on architectural trade-offs, reliability, performance, and quality to meet business goals
• Collaborate with engineering to define, develop, and launch new runtime capabilities

Requirements

• 3-5 years as product manager on backend/infrastructure products or 2+ years PM after backend engineering role
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or OpenShift) and container orchestration
• Fluency in cloud infrastructure, comfortable with AWS and GCP compute, networking, storage
• Experience with high-scale systems handling event throughput or distributed execution
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical questioning
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills for driving teams and explaining distributed systems
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background

Nice to have

• Experience with message-driven architectures (PubSub, Kafka)
• Familiarity with service-to-service communication
• Background in security, DevOps, or automation platforms
• Experience with hybrid deployments connecting cloud services to customer-managed agents/runners
