What you will do

• Architect and orchestrate the end-to-end management of a hybrid lab across Physical, Virtual, and Cloud environments.
• Replicate diverse customer infrastructures, ranging from legacy Windows Server setups to modern cloud-native stacks, to reproduce complex edge cases.
• Collaborate directly with Engineering to provide a live testing ground for new features and ensure compatibility across various security and networking products.
• Troubleshoot deep OS-level issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile (iOS/Android) to optimize browser-system interactions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Identity & Access management including Okta, Azure Entra ID, SCIM, and PKI.
• Experience with Security & Data Protection tools such as DLP, EPP/EDR, and CASB.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and Virtualization including Windows Server, Active Directory, SMB, and VDI (AVD, RDS).
• Deep understanding of Networking and Connectivity: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SASE, and ZTNA architectures.
• Proficiency with visibility tools including SIEM, Syslog, and advanced Firewall configuration.
