TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Tartu, Estonia). Unable to offer relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Foster an AI-native culture by integrating AI tools into exploration, prototyping, iteration, and delivery.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing, self-organizing team, supporting professional growth and accountability.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data stakeholders to execute the roadmap and shape technical direction.
  • Ensure operational excellence, reliability, and quality of customer-facing reporting and analytics features.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and act as a role model for engineers and managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar) within the tech industry.
  • Solid background in software engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop engineers through coaching and performance management.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and workflows.
  • Strong product mindset and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in Tartu, Estonia; no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
