What you will do

• Operatively manage pricing across 16 markets based on internal KPIs and competitive positioning.
• Analyze assortment performance to derive concrete optimization measures.
• Collaborate closely with Deal Planning, Marketing, and CRM departments.
• Identify and develop innovative projects to strengthen pricing strategies.
• Create and continuously improve reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs.
• Improve and implement automated processes for price steering.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field with a strong quantitative focus.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, or Analytics, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Initial experience with SQL.
