What you will do

• Lead backend development for hirify.global’ newest fintech trading products.
• Mentor developers, guide complex designs, and lead cross-functional features.
• Connect exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, and wallets to build a multi-functional trading platform.
• Develop and optimize trading APIs for seamless, scalable user experiences.
• Research and implement cloud-native architectures to support growth and scalability.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in backend development with focus on scalable infrastructure, proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalability.
• Proven track record designing and deploying microservices in production.
• Experience with monitoring and logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Solid blockchain knowledge: transaction lifecycles, mempool, finality across chains (EVM, Solana, Bitcoin).
• Hands-on with DeFi: AMMs (Uniswap, Curve), liquidity pools, yield mechanisms, on-chain order books.

Nice to have

• Understanding of crypto liquidity: market making, order routing, slippage, CEX vs DEX.
