What you will do

• Develop visually compelling designs for print (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital (social media, email, web).
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop design concepts for seasonal promotions and product launches.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for both digital upload and high-quality print production.
• Adapt and repurpose creative assets across various marketing channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience in marketing agency environments.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes and creating press-ready files.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Timezone alignment: Must be able to work 9 AM to 6 PM Sydney, AU Time
