What you will do

• Conceptualize and design digital ads, social media content, motion graphics, video overlays, print materials, and website visuals.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all projects.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and oversee revisions to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate with marketing, video production, editorial, and development teams to deliver cohesive designs.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate their vision into effective visual objectives.
• Experiment with new tools and AI-driven design techniques to elevate the company's visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a dynamic agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to optimize creatives specifically for various social media platform functionalities.
• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
