What you will do

• Lead the SAP CO workstream within an S/4HANA environment.
• Prepare and facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with business stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO processes, including CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Manage Margin Analysis (CO-PA in S/4HANA) and support Transfer Pricing and intercompany flows.
• Coordinate a small functional team and ensure proper FI–CO integration.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, preferably in S/4HANA projects.
• Proven experience in leading Fit/Gap workshops.
• Deep knowledge of SAP CO components and Margin Analysis.
• Experience with Transfer Pricing and intercompany processes.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a small team.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance certification.
