What you will do

• Lead and manage the Customer Innovations (AMS) team for SAP Digital Supply Chain.
• Own operational excellence, including SLA performance, incident management, and release cycles.
• Act as the primary escalation point for key Digital Supply Chain customers to ensure long-term partnership.
• Drive a proactive support mindset by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation beyond break-fix support.
• Mentor and develop AMS consultants, fostering capability growth and knowledge sharing.
• Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives by identifying value opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading SAP AMS/support teams, ideally within a consulting or SAP partner environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Digital Supply Chain (e.g., IBP, PP/DS, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement).
• Experience owning customer relationships with accountability for service quality and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of S/4HANA Cloud and integrated supply chain processes.
• Ability to balance BAU support stability with continuous improvement and innovation.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
