Location: Hybrid in Skopje, North Macedonia (3 days per week onsite)

What you will do

• Lead a development tribe comprising Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Developers, and QA Engineers.
• Take full ownership of SDLC execution, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and completed on time and within budget.
• Drive performance management by tracking team metrics and KPIs to continuously enhance effectiveness.
• Mentor and support Team Leads and Scrum Masters in evolving Agile/Scrum guidelines.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and product owners to ensure clear communication and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven background as a Senior Developer and track record as a Scrum Master or Team Lead.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Must be authorized to work in North Macedonia without visa sponsorship.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve and accelerate development processes.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of microservices architecture, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience as a System Architect.
