Location: Cyprus, with an office in Limassol. The role includes relocation support and a 3-year Cyprus work visa.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain security architecture for IT systems, endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and information assets.
• Assess and mitigate security risks while aligning initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate security practices into the development and deployment of IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and business units to strengthen end-to-end security.
• Research emerging security technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security frameworks and threat intelligence techniques.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies, PKI, SSL/TLS, and IPSec.
• Understanding of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Understanding of IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, conflict management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, ELK, scripting, or programming in Python, Go, or Bash.
• IT, DevOps, or security certifications.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or Metasploit.
