What you will do

• Own end-to-end product experiences across matching, chat, scheduling, and re-engagement from concept to iteration
• Make daily product decisions on what to build, user feel, shipping, and metrics
• Build agent-driven flows and AI-orchestrated pipelines replacing manual workflows
• Create internal tools for inspecting system state, debugging agents, and evaluating outcomes
• Implement feedback loops connecting user behavior, agent decisions, and real-world results
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly based on real user data

Requirements

• Shipped consumer products to real users and iterated based on learnings
• Strong product instincts from usage data, conversations, or complaints
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, and AI
• Understand stateful and autonomous systems
• Excited by AI as execution layer
• Thrive in early-stage ambiguous environments prioritizing speed

• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems
• Building autonomous or AI-driven workflows
• Observability, logging, and debugging of AI systems
