What you will do

• Design and implement RL tasks including prompts, environments, and automated grading infrastructure.
• Run frontier models on tasks, analyze failures, and iterate for rigor and fairness.
• Direct coding agents, evaluate outputs, and identify subtle shortcomings.
• Own full lifecycle of tasks from ideation to refinement with regular check-ins.

Requirements

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027
• Can code in Python
• Confident working independently
• Motivated by technical skill and creative cleverness
• No prior ML or AI experience required
