What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots for business processes.
• Analyze and identify automation opportunities to improve organizational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production bots.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices of all automation solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong knowledge of process automation and workflow design.
• Familiarity with APIs, OCR, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of the SDLC and automation lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in scripting with Python, VBScript, or .NET.
