We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
📍 Dubai, UAE
📄 Contract: 6 Months (Extendable | Long-term opportunity on Marc Ellis Payroll)
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to join a high-impact digital team driving next-generation enterprise platforms within the banking domain.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on AI-powered digital products, combining design system ownership with hands-on product design across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
⚠️ Banking / Financial Services experience is #MANDATORY for this role
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Design scalable experiences across Mobile (iOS & Android), Web, and Desktop platforms
Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive user experiences
AI & Intelligent Systems
Design AI-powered solutions including Generative AI and intelligent automation workflows
Build human-in-the-loop and AI-driven decision-making experiences
Design Systems
Build and scale enterprise Design Systems
Create reusable components, patterns, and standards across platforms
Agile Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders in Agile squads
Convert requirements into actionable design deliverables
Drive design discussions and ensure alignment across teams
User Research & Validation
Apply Human-Centered Design principles
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
🔹 Requirements
8+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX
Strong experience with enterprise Design Systems
Proven experience designing Mobile, Web, and Desktop applications
Exposure to AI-enabled products or intelligent automation platforms
⚠️ MANDATORY: Experience in Banking / Financial Services (preferably Corporate Banking)
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
