Senior Product Designer (AI)

Hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) in Dubai 🇦🇪 — but not the usual kind.
I’m looking for someone who can go beyond clean interfaces and actually solve complex, real-world problems at scale especially in enterprise and AI-driven environments.
What does a strong candidate look like?
• You’ve designed complex systems, not just marketing pages or simple apps
• Your portfolio shows data-heavy dashboards, workflows, or internal tools
• You’ve worked across mobile, web, and desktop — and understand how experiences connect across them
• You’ve built or scaled design systems, not just used them
• You’re comfortable working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in Agile teams
• You can clearly explain the why behind your design decisions — not just the visuals
Bonus (but increasingly important):
• Exposure to AI-powered experiences copilots, automation, decision systems
• Understanding of how to design for human + AI interaction (trust, control, clarity)
This role sits at the intersection of product design, systems thinking, and AI — and it requires someone who enjoys simplifying complexity, not avoiding it.
