What you will do

• Design and execute informatics strategies for clinical trial matching, oncology research, and patient care operations
• Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate data needs into system requirements and priorities
• Implement and optimize informatics tools including clinical decision support systems, data pipelines, and electronic data capture platforms
• Own regulatory compliance for data management across US (HIPAA), GDPR, and local regulations
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for informatics initiatives
• Train internal teams on informatics tools and best practices to improve data literacy

Requirements

• Degree in bioinformatics, health informatics, computer science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years in oncology informatics, clinical data management, trial data systems, or oncology-focused health IT
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) and data integrity, security, privacy
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, research, engineering, and operations teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
