What you will do

• Define and refine testing strategies for engineering teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Ruby and JavaScript.
• Own tools and test infrastructure, researching and implementing technologies for quality assessment.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests, while isolating and reporting defects.
• Perform non-functional testing, including load, stress, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to inform automation priorities and technical specs.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Ruby and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, and test management tools like Zephyr or TestRail.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and quality assurance testing principles.
• Must be based in the US; the company is unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-functional testing tools like Grafana k6 or JMeter.
• Familiarity with Docker and AWS Cloud infrastructure.
