What you will do

• Lead generative AI transformation programs from sales to delivery, ensuring successful adoption and business value realization.
• Facilitate high-level technical and business discussions with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Design and run workshops to uncover high-impact opportunities using Amazon Q and Gen AI offerings.
• Provide hands-on technical support, including programming and blocker remediation for delivery teams.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with internal hirify.global service teams, partners, and regional organizations.
• Monitor advancements in generative AI to optimize customer solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing project management experience for complex, large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies (GenAI, AI/ML, Analytics, Database, or Storage).
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying AI products at scale.
• 7+ years of experience with highly scalable systems.
• Proven track record in executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Background in business development and complex agreements with integrators and ISVs.
• Experience with international sales and delivery for Global 500 enterprise customers.
