TL;DR

Senior Onboarding & Training Specialist (SaaS): Designing and scaling high-impact onboarding and training programs to drive product adoption and customer success with an accent on instructional design and learning strategy. Focus on building scalable learning experiences, leveraging data for program improvement, and aligning training with business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (Cape Town, South Africa). Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in South Africa.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of onboarding strategies to drive user adoption and retention.
  • Design scalable onboarding programs for diverse customer segments, including law firms and enterprise clients.
  • Act as a product SME, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Support to facilitate product launches and internal enablement.
  • Develop LMS-based training content and on-demand learning paths using modern instructional design principles.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and use analytics for continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding operations, ideally within a SaaS or legal tech environment.
  • Proven experience building and scaling onboarding workflows and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and content creation tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, and Loom.
  • Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person client demos and training sessions.
  • Legal right to live and work in South Africa.
