What you will do

• Develop and execute a global, multi-year packaging communications strategy across multiple countries to drive measurable business impact.
• Lead integrated omni-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
• Translate complex technical and engineering solutions into compelling, customer-centric value propositions.
• Manage internal communications for a globally distributed technical workforce of over 5,000 employees.
• Oversee the packaging communications budget (EUR 1M+) and manage a multi-agency ecosystem of creative and digital partners.
• Develop sales toolkits and launch programs that contribute to opportunity conversion and solution adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience spanning marketing, communications, and portfolio roles.
• Must be based in Lund, Sweden.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• University degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale global budgets and complex project management across time zones.
• Experience preparing C-suite leaders for internal and external communications.
