What you will do

• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead implementation and optimization of CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Establish platform governance, data integrity standards, and CMDB health strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.
• Support integrations with external systems and tools.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is strictly required.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, SAM, and HAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, integrations, and best practices.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Nice to have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS or CAD.
• Experience working within federal or DoD environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
