** Our client is looking for a **Web Developer & Analyst **to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.

**Experience In a Digital Marketing Agency Is Required.

****Experience in the home service industry is preferred.

****What you’ll be doing:

• Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages end-to-end
• Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements

• Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments
• Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally
• Continuously analyze site performance and make data-driven improvements
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks

**Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development
• Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture
