What you will do

• Research global HSE SaaS market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Identify high-potential industries and geographies, build ICPs and buyer personas.
• Develop target account lists and key contacts using LinkedIn, directories, and CRM.
• Prepare market reports, support lead qualification, and input intelligence into CRM.
• Conduct introductory outreach, participate in sales calls, and learn sales frameworks like BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC.
• Progressively take on commercial responsibilities including scheduling meetings and account development.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Management, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset, research skills, proactive and organized.
• Comfortable with independent work and gradually engaging in cold outreach.
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
• High motivation to learn SaaS, B2B sales, and HSE technologies; energetic and resilient attitude.
