What you will do

• Define and communicate Live Ops schedules for RAVENSWATCH and other studio projects.
• Create production tracking documents to guide multidisciplinary teams in their tasks.
• Gather information from teams and partners to estimate project timelines.
• Establish production rituals, including estimations, kick-offs, reviews, and post-mortems.
• Monitor project progress and adherence to deadlines on a daily basis.
• Coordinate deliveries with external partners (outsourcing, localization) and collaborate with QA for successful version delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the various stages of video game production.
• Proficiency with production-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and take initiative in handling unforeseen issues.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Villeurbanne, France.
• English: Comfortable proficiency required.
