What you will do

• Lead and oversee Production and Production Services functions including Localization, QA, and Release Management.
• Supervise the full lifecycle of game products from concept to post-launch, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of ~30 people across 4 departments.
• Own departmental budgets, resource allocation, and optimization.
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, product positioning, and portfolio performance.
• Act as key interface with international stakeholders including Japan, North America, partners, and licensors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role within the video game industry
• Previous experience in Localization, QA, and/or Release Management
• Strong expertise in production cycles and product strategy
• Solid track record in team leadership, project management, and budget ownership
• Deep understanding of gaming markets, platforms, and industry trends
• Fluent in English (Japanese is a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-moving environments; highly analytical and solution-oriented
