What you will do

• Record and modify customer orders
• Handle customer complaints
• Contact customers in writing
• Communicate in writing and verbally with German-speaking colleagues
• Prepare and amend price quotations

Requirements

• Strong German language skills
• Ability to work reliably, independently, and accurately
• Resilience and critical thinking
• Computer skills at user level
• Open to IT solutions (S/4HANA, AI) and enjoys learning

Nice to have

• English or any other foreign language skills
• SAP skills at user level
