What you will do

• Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on active job sites.
• Plan daily activities and manage crew productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Oversee installation of conduit, panels, lighting, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.

Requirements

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Prior experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice to have

• Experience on large commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, or offices.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to manage multiple phases of a project.
