What you will do
- Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on active job sites.
- Plan daily activities and manage crew productivity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Oversee installation of conduit, panels, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.
Requirements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
- Prior experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
- Experience on large commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, or offices.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Ability to manage multiple phases of a project.
