Location: Hybrid in Riga, Latvia. Must be based in Riga with flexibility to work from home or office (Roberta Hirša iela 1, Rīga).

Salary: up to 4000 EUR (gross/month)

What you will do

• Develop business critical services for Fraud Prevention using advanced machine learning and real-time fraud detection.
• Own operations in a DevOps culture for products developed by the team.
• Collaborate with product owner, business analyst, and architect on integrated solutions.
• Build new services following best practices with OpenAPI and REST.
• Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and availability.
• Propose improvements, lead implementations, and model technical designs for security challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a software developer
• Skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud-based development, deployments, and operations (preferably AWS)
• Good understanding of code design and best practices
• Experience in cross-functional teams and agile processes
• Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills
