What you will do

  • Own big ideas: develop campaign concepts, product narratives, and creative platforms defining the brand globally.
  • Lead creative from concept to execution across digital, social, web, motion, and customer campaigns.
  • Protect and evolve visual identity, develop scalable frameworks, templates, and systems for consistency.
  • Build creative engine leveraging AI tools for high-volume, high-quality work and performance optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop design team, providing direction to elevate quality and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to align strategy with creative reality.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in art direction, design, or creative leadership in high-growth agencies, B2B SaaS, or studios.
  • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams with a portfolio showing concept-led campaigns and craft.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into bold ideas and build scalable creative systems.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influence skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; resilient and adaptable.
