What you will do

• Take full ownership of support tickets, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.
• Develop expertise in hirify.global application configuration and functionality.
• Perform remote analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor incidents, conduct investigations, additional tests, and escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to global support initiatives, knowledge sharing, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in oral and written English and French
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for software problems.
• Experience as a Programmer with SQL and an object-oriented language (C# or equivalent).
• Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Prior LIMS, ELN, SDMS or LES experience.
• Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau) and web technologies (Web Services, API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
