What you will do
- Oversee operational execution of impact interventions, including logistics coordination and interactions with farmers in rural coffee regions
- Manage implementing partners, provide guidance, monitor progress, and resolve issues
- Identify process improvements and ensure continuous optimization of projects
- Support design and rollout of data collection tools, training programs, and quality control
- Analyze collected data, track project indicators, synthesize insights, and prepare reports and presentations
- Build connections with stakeholders including government, exporters, NGOs, and farmers’ organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Agriculture or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder management, preferably in rural/agricultural focus
- Willingness to travel to and work in rural areas and outside normal hours during intense periods
- Strong analytical skills with quantitative data analysis experience
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Excel or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency and one local language
- Proactive with high ownership and passion for sustainable rural development
Nice to have
- Knowledge of agriculture and sustainable farming practices
- Experience with primary data collection and survey processing
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects
