What you will do

• Oversee operational execution of impact interventions, including logistics coordination and interactions with farmers in rural coffee regions
• Manage implementing partners, provide guidance, monitor progress, and resolve issues
• Identify process improvements and ensure continuous optimization of projects
• Support design and rollout of data collection tools, training programs, and quality control
• Analyze collected data, track project indicators, synthesize insights, and prepare reports and presentations
• Build connections with stakeholders including government, exporters, NGOs, and farmers’ organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Agriculture or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder management, preferably in rural/agricultural focus
• Willingness to travel to and work in rural areas and outside normal hours during intense periods
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative data analysis experience
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Excel or ability to learn quickly
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency and one local language
• Proactive with high ownership and passion for sustainable rural development

Nice to have

• Knowledge of agriculture and sustainable farming practices
• Experience with primary data collection and survey processing
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects
