• Innovate formats and frameworks for original, high-performing viral videos
• Pitch macro concepts to Head of Creative and lead writing sessions
• Research trends and tactics for viewer retention
• Handle real-time problem-solving and direct talent/contestants on set
• Guide production schedule and ensure best possible video outcomes
• Provide notes and feedback in post-production reviews for exceptional final products

Requirements

• Must be based in or relocate to Greenville, NC
• Master collaborator with high accountability and integrity
• Willing to learn and unlearn quickly
• Clear, concise communication of ideas and pitches, including visuals
• Experience developing content from concept to final product
• Self-starter mentality with team-first, no-ego approach
