TL;DR

DHR Reviewer I - Temp (Medtech): Review Device History Records (DHRs) to maintain quality systems integrity and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations with an accent on accuracy, detail, and regulatory adherence. Focus on reconciling quantities, verifying personnel training, correcting errors through cross-functional communication, and managing DHR data entry, scanning, and filing.

Onsite in Roseville, CA. Willingness and ability to work on site required.

Base Pay Range Per Hour: $20.50 – $28.05 / hour

What you will do

  • Review completed DHRs accurately per internal procedures.
  • Reconcile finished and rejected quantities.
  • Verify training for personnel on DHRs.
  • Communicate with cross-functional supervisors to correct DHR errors or omissions.
  • Enter DHR data into databases, scan, label, and file records.
  • Assist with DHR records retrieval and demonstrate Tier I proficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2+ years quality systems experience in regulated device or pharmaceutical environments (or equivalent).
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, lift up to 25 pounds, move between buildings/floors, and use office equipment extensively.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with MasterControl.
