What you will do

  • Systematically map the market to identify suppliers matching business and technical requirements for API, Native, and HB projects
  • Initiate high-quality contact with potential partners and present technical capabilities and business value
  • Lead communication, negotiate commercial terms, and secure partnership agreements
  • Ensure seamless transfer of signed partners to Account Manager and Technical teams for onboarding
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with BDM Lead to align targeted supply sources with department strategy

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, focusing on business development, lead generation, partner acquisition
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising landscape, traffic sources, ad formats, and integration types (RTB, Native, API, Header Bidding/Prebid)
  • Proven ability to conduct deep market research and identify valid opportunities and traffic sources
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor pitches to potential partners
  • Proven track record of moving opportunities from contact to contract signing
  • Advanced English, Fluent Ukrainian

Nice to have

  • Existing network of contacts within Supply-Side platforms, Ad Networks, Native Traffic sources
  • Experience with OpenRTB standards and Prebid environments
  • Experience with Native/API integrations
