Senior Full-Stack React/Node & NFT Gaming Developer (Web3)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; 100% remote work with flexible hours.

hirify.global is a Solana-based game focused on player-owned gaming, NFT collections, and user-generated content.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the React codebase while maintaining a high standard of product and code quality.
• Design and build APIs for player data management.
• Collaborate with the external Unity game development team to integrate multiplayer gaming services.
• Work with the crypto services team to deliver secure and fast player transactions.
• Review technical designs, code, unit tests, and architecture for scalability and robustness.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, automated testing, scheduling, technical briefs, and engineer recruitment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Production experience with React, Node, JavaScript, and C#.
• Experience with multi-tenant cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Gitflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, including GitHub Actions.
• Experience designing large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction-volume systems.
• Strong autonomy, critical thinking, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
