What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-site IT point of contact and escalation lead for the Zurich site.
• Provide desktop and systems support for MS 365, Adobe, Oracle, and Citrix environments.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and local network infrastructure, including switches and cabling.
• Lead endpoint deployment and imaging via Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.
• Ensure all endpoint and infrastructure systems comply with GxP and data-integrity regulatory requirements.
• Conduct IT onboarding training for new hires and provide ongoing end-user guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical support experience across desktops, servers, and networks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Full on-site availability in Fehraltorf/Zurich is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, MS 365, and TCP/IP networking (DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
• Experience with endpoint deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Windows Server, or Modern Desktop Administration.
• Experience in regulated environments, including lab instrumentation support.
