What you will do

• Build intuitive information architectures and sites that guide users through carefully crafted flows.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Architect and wireframe innovative, human-centered digital experiences.
• Collaborate with customers and clients to empathize with and understand user needs and perceptions.
• Create intuitive and engaging interfaces that solve complex user problems.

Requirements

• Strong ability to empathize and engage with user needs and perceptions.
• Experience in planning and analyzing user research and usability testing.
• A portfolio demonstrating innovative ways to solve user problems.
• Clear and concise communication skills without excessive use of buzzwords.
• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, UX Design, Marketing, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma and UserTesting.
• Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or comparable A/B Testing platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end development best practices (HTML, CSS, React, Next.js).
• Experience leading UXO strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion.
