TL;DR

Genesys Developer (.NET): Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions including installation, configuration, and custom development with an accent on business and technical requirements definition. Focus on facilitating JAD sessions, ensuring on-time delivery, and mentoring team members.

Location: Remote

What you will do

  • Facilitate JAD sessions with customers to gather requirements
  • Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions
  • Handle Genesys installation, configuration, and development
  • Collaborate with project managers for on-time, quality delivery
  • Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations
  • Mentor other technical team members

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE, WWE)
  • At least 2 years of .NET and C# development experience
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
