What you will do
- Grow brand on Xiaohongshu via KOC and KOL seeding campaigns that build credibility.
- Drive sales on Douyin by working with MCNs and creators on converting short-video and live-stream content.
- Build retention on WeChat by funneling traffic into Mini-Program store and managing community groups for repeat purchases.
- Localize global fashion identity into resonant content for Chinese consumers.
- Own strategy, budget, and metrics including GMV, CAC, and margin.
Requirements
- 3+ years growing a Western fashion or lifestyle brand in China
- Hands-on experience on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and/or WeChat Mini Programs
- Existing network of KOLs, KOCs, and MCN partners
- Fluent in Mandarin; professional in English
- Data-driven with brand sensibility and fashion taste
- Builder mindset — prefer creating over managing existing
